Understanding TOEFL
TOEFL (Test of Home as a Foreign Language) is a standardized English language ability of a person in writing (de jure), which covers four aspects of mastery: Listening, Writing and Reading .. Type of TOEFL test
There are two types of TOEFL tests, namely:

By knowing the classification level of mastery of English, as seen above, we can certainly understand why it seems reasonable that universities in countries that use English as its official language, requires a certain TOEFL score for the candidate of their international students. To be accepted in S1, they commonly set score is approximately 475 sd 550, whereas for S2 and S3 program entry requirements TOEFLnya scores be higher, around 550 sd 600.
Several universities in Indonesia has set a certain TOEFL score for its students (Huda, 1999). SEMARAK AFF 2010
Tanggal 1 Desember 2010, di mulailah pertandingan piala AFF babak penyisihan pertama mempertemukan Timnas INDONESIA VS MALAYSIA di stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno, di kubu timnas pun ada perubahan dari segi pelatih sampai skuad starting eleven, Indonesia sekarang di latih di bawah asuhan Alfred Riedl berkebangsaan Australia yang dimana sosok beliau di kenal disiplin, selain itu Timnas sekarang diperkuat dengan 2 pemain naturalisasi yaitu C.Gonjalez dan Irfan Bachdim yang ke 2 nya sama” memiliki posisi striker.
Jalannya Pertandingan :
Indonesia tertinggal 1-0 terlebih dahulu, lewat gol lesakan dari noorsyahrul, namun tidak lama kemudian Indonesia membalas gol, lewat gol bunuh diri dari kubu Malaysia, sesudah itu Indonesia semakin mendominasi jalannya pertandingan, Gonzales, membuat pendukung timnas di SUGBK bersorak sorai lewat tendangan kaki kirinya setelah itu M.ridwan yang bisa menerobos barisan pertahanan Malaysia, skor menjadi 3-1, pemain ganti Arif suyono pun tidak mau melewati pesta gol Indonesia, dia langsung membobol gawang Malaysia, akibat kelengahan barisan belakang tim Malaysia, di akhir pertandingan, Okto memberikan umpan dan berhasil di masukan oleh Irfan, skor menjadi 5-1, awal yang baik untuk timnas Indonesia.
Tanggal 4 desember 2010, Indonesia melanjutkan pertandingan melawan Laos, dengan komposisi pemain yang sama timnas menang telak 6-0 atas Laos dimana golnya di cetak masing-masing Firman : 2 , Okto, Irfan, Arif, m,Ridwan
Tanggal 7 desember 2010, Indonesia melawan Thailand di pertandingan ini Indonesia memastikan maju ke babak semi final dengan nilai sempurna, dan membuat rekor kekalahan berkurang atas Thailand , karena di pertandingan ini Indonesia menang tipis 2-1 sempat tertinggal terlebih dahulu, dengan semangat yang tinggi Indonesia menang lewat 2 gol dari bambang pamungakas (pinalti), Indonesia melaju ke babak semi final sebagai juara grup, di ikuti Malaysia sebagai runner up
SEMI FINAL
Tanggal 16 desember 2010 di gelar pertandingan Leg P1 semi final antara Filiphina vs Indonesia, di karenakan di Filiphina tidak ada lapangan yang memadai, akhirnya pertanding di gelar di SUGBK, ini keuntungan timnas dimana 2 x pertandingan semi final di gelara di SUGBK. Indonesia sebelumnya pernah pesta gol yang begitu fantastis pada saat melawan filipihna. Tetapi filiphina yang sekarang sudah berbeda jauh komposisinya, yang dimana skuad filiphina di perkuat dengan 9 pemain naturalisasi.
Jalannya pertandingan :
Sama-sama tim mempunyai peluang tetapi masih belum ada gol yang tercipta, hingga akhirnya di penghujung babak pertama lewat sundulan Gonzales Indonesia menang 1-0 pada Leg P1
Leg ke II pada tanggal 19 desember 2010 Indonesia mempunyai misi lolos ke babak Final, karena di Leg P1 indonesia menang 1-0, pada pertandingan ini Indonesia tidak memainkan irfan bachdim, melainkan yongki.

Dan akhirnya ndonesia melaju ke babak FINAL dgn agg 2-0, dan di babak Final Indonesia akan melawan tim Malaysia. yang di mana pada leg ke II Vietnam tidak bisa memenangkan kontra Malaysia, akhirnya Malaysia melaju ke babak final melawan Indonesia .

Pada tanggal 26 desember 2010 di sinilah 2 tim yang sama - sama belum pernah menjuarai Piala AFF, sepanjang gelar yang di mana sebelumnya di namai Piala TIGER
Timnas dan masyarakat sluruh di Indonesia sangat yakin Indonesia pada tahun ini akan keluar sebagai juara, karena timnas dari babak penyisihan sangat luar biasa, tidak pernah menelan kekalahan maupun imbang, yang dimana lawan di final Malaysia yang di babak penyisihan Indonesia unggul telak dengan skor 5-1.
Jalannya pertandingan :
Indonesia sempat kelihatan grogi karena baru pertama kalinya melakoni pertandingan Away, walaupun begitu Indonesia bisa cepat mengatasinya serangan demi serangan blm ada satu pun gol yang tercipta di babak pertama . pada saat babak ke -2 mulai,,,, di sekitar menit 60 an ,, terjadi insiden yang sangat tidak FAIR dari supporter Malaysia , kipper timnas (markus) meras terganggu konsentrasinya, karena trus di sorot dengan laser di sebaian anggota tubuhnya,, markus pun meminta pertandingan di berhentikan dan akhirnya pun pertandingan di hentikan sejenak.
Selama pertandingan dihentikan ada petasan yang meledak di tengah” lapangan ,,,seharusnya dalam kondisi seperti itu, pertandingan tidak layak di lanjutkan kembali karena bisa menguntungkan bagi tuan rumah, dan tidak menguntungkan bagi Indonesia, karena konsentrasi sudah hilang karena ini partai yang sangat menentukan, tetapi apa daya pertandingan di lanjutkan kembali dan apa yang di cemaskan rakyat Indonesia pun terjadi, akibat kesalahan maman dalam mengantisipasi bola akhirnya bisa di rebut oleh noor syahrul dan memberi umpan kepada Safee Sali, malaysai unggul 1-0 sementara tidak lama kemudian malaysaia mencetak gol lagi, dalam selang waktu kemudia Safee Sali mencetak gol lagi, Malaysia unggul 3-0 dalam Leg P1 FINAL AFF. Dan ini membuat semangat pemain Indonesia rapuh dalam pencapaian untuk menjadi juara. Karena Indonesia menang 4-0 di SUGBK, tetapi hal yang tidak mungkin karena di SUGBK Indonesia menang melawan Malaysia 5-1 pada saaat babak penyisihan,,, apalagi di tambah dukungan dari supporter Indonesia apapun masih bisa terjadi.
FINAL Leg ke II ( Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno )
Pada tanggal 29 desember 2010 pertandingan FINAL AFF dilaksanakan di SUGBK dengan misi indonesia harus menang 4-0 di SUGBK.
Jalannya pertandingan :
Indonesia dari menit-menit pertama sangat bermain super offensive tetapi tidak ada satu pun gol yang tercipta di babak pertama sebenarnya indonesia bisa unggul 1-0 di babak pertama lewat tendangan pinalti, tapi apa boleh buat tendangan yang di eksekusi oleh sang Captain (Firman) tidak bisa menggetarkan jala dari pada gawang malaysia.
Babak ke 2 sampai 15 menit babak ke -2 di mulai blm ada gol yang tercipta , alih alih ingin menciptakan gol, malah gawang markus yang bergetar, isi di stadion pun terdiam dan terlemas lesu ,,,, tidak ada harapan tuk menjadi Juara saat Safee Sali mencetak gol.
Tapi semangat timnas tidak luntur begitu saja, timnas tidak mau mengkecewakan supporter indonesia yang datang dari seluruh penjuru,,, akhirnya di akhir” pertandingan, bek indonesia(nasuha) mencetak gol skor menjadi 1-1,,, tidak lama kemudian sepakan dari M.ridwan bisa merubah skor menjadi 2-1... indonesia menang tetapi tidak juaraaaaa,,,,,,,,,
Betapa ironisnya indonesia yang begitu superiornya darai babak penyisihan sampai babak final hanya menelan satu kali kekalahan dmana pertandingan itu sangat menentukan,,,, indonesia menang 6 kali kalah sekali, berbeda dengan malaysia hanya menang 3 kali imbang 2 kali dan kalah 2 kali bisa menjadi juara
Bola memang bundar tidak bisa di tebak hasil pertandingan ,,,,,, walaupun indonesia tidak menjadi juara,,,, Timnas sudah memberikan yang terbaik buat masyarakat indonasia ......

Indonesia tertinggal 1-0 terlebih dahulu, lewat gol lesakan dari noorsyahrul, namun tidak lama kemudian Indonesia membalas gol, lewat gol bunuh diri dari kubu Malaysia, sesudah itu Indonesia semakin mendominasi jalannya pertandingan, Gonzales, membuat pendukung timnas di SUGBK bersorak sorai lewat tendangan kaki kirinya setelah itu M.ridwan yang bisa menerobos barisan pertahanan Malaysia, skor menjadi 3-1, pemain ganti Arif suyono pun tidak mau melewati pesta gol Indonesia, dia langsung membobol gawang Malaysia, akibat kelengahan barisan belakang tim Malaysia, di akhir pertandingan, Okto memberikan umpan dan berhasil di masukan oleh Irfan, skor menjadi 5-1, awal yang baik untuk timnas Indonesia.
Tanggal 4 desember 2010, Indonesia melanjutkan pertandingan melawan Laos, dengan komposisi pemain yang sama timnas menang telak 6-0 atas Laos dimana golnya di cetak masing-masing Firman : 2 , Okto, Irfan, Arif, m,Ridwan
Tanggal 7 desember 2010, Indonesia melawan Thailand di pertandingan ini Indonesia memastikan maju ke babak semi final dengan nilai sempurna, dan membuat rekor kekalahan berkurang atas Thailand , karena di pertandingan ini Indonesia menang tipis 2-1 sempat tertinggal terlebih dahulu, dengan semangat yang tinggi Indonesia menang lewat 2 gol dari bambang pamungakas (pinalti), Indonesia melaju ke babak semi final sebagai juara grup, di ikuti Malaysia sebagai runner up
SEMI FINAL
Tanggal 16 desember 2010 di gelar pertandingan Leg P1 semi final antara Filiphina vs Indonesia, di karenakan di Filiphina tidak ada lapangan yang memadai, akhirnya pertanding di gelar di SUGBK, ini keuntungan timnas dimana 2 x pertandingan semi final di gelara di SUGBK. Indonesia sebelumnya pernah pesta gol yang begitu fantastis pada saat melawan filipihna. Tetapi filiphina yang sekarang sudah berbeda jauh komposisinya, yang dimana skuad filiphina di perkuat dengan 9 pemain naturalisasi.

Sama-sama tim mempunyai peluang tetapi masih belum ada gol yang tercipta, hingga akhirnya di penghujung babak pertama lewat sundulan Gonzales Indonesia menang 1-0 pada Leg P1
Leg ke II pada tanggal 19 desember 2010 Indonesia mempunyai misi lolos ke babak Final, karena di Leg P1 indonesia menang 1-0, pada pertandingan ini Indonesia tidak memainkan irfan bachdim, melainkan yongki.

Operasi Sukses, Rossi Istirahat 90 Hari
Jakarta - Valentino Rossi sukses menjalani operasi pada bahu-nya. Selanjutnya pembalap Ducati ini harus beristirahat selama 90 hari untuk menjalani masa pemulihan.
Dilansir dari situs resmi MotoGP, Rossi menjalani operasi bahu pada hari Minggu (14/11/2010) malam WIB di rumah sakit Cervesi di Cattolica. Operasi tersebut memakan waktu selama kurang lebih dua jam.
"Kondisi bahu Rossi sangat kritis: Valentino harus menjalani balapan dengan berat akibat cedera ini," demikian keterangan dari tim dokter yang menangani VR46.
Rossi mengalami cedera pada tulang rawan dan pada sendi bagian bahu-nya usai kecelakaan saat latihan motokros beberapa bulan yang lalu. Fokus dalam operasi ini berada pada supraspinatus tendon dan glenoid ligamen.
"Operasi berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada masalah komplikasi. Untuk rehabilitasi, pada umumnya dibutuhkan waktu 90 hari untuk pemulihan cedera semacam ini. Kami akan melakukan yang terbaik demi memenuhi keinginan pembalap yang bersangkutan."
Rossi sendiri menjalani sisa musim MotoGP 2010 dengan menanggung cedera. Awal Oktober silam eks pembalap Honda dan Yamaha itu mengatakan bahwa dirinya baru naik meja bedah setelah kompetisi berakhir.

Jakarta - Polri harus benar-benar belajar dari kasus suap Gayus Tambunan di Rutan Mako Brimob. Pengusutan secara transparan harus dilakukan. Jangan sampai publik kecewa, citra polisi pun akan semakin terpuruk.
"Gayus Tambunan ke Bali, dan pengakuan berapa 'biayanya', memberi pelajaran berharga (lesson learn) buat Polri. Bila pelajaran berharga itu dikelola dengan baik, benar, dan tepat, akan membantu pembangunan kepercayaaan masyarakat," kata anggota Kompolnas Novel Ali di Jakarta, Selasa (16/11/2010).
Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi bersama-sama melibatkan DPR, Kompolnas, dan publik untuk mengawasi apakah, kasus suap Gayus itu sekadar penyimpangan perilaku oknum, mantan Kepala Rutan Brimob Kompol Iwan Siswanto beserta 8 anak buahnya.
"Ataukah bagian dari kultur dan sistem pelayanan tahanan setempat, ada uang, tahanan jadi tuan?" tambahnya.
Bila mudahnya tahanan ke luar dari ruang tahanan lewat proses suap, perlu 'dikejar' tuntas, apakah garis komando mengetahui pola kebiasaan bawahan tersebut yang berujung suap untuk 'pembebasan' sesaat tahanan di ruang tahanan Polri.
"Baik di Mako Brimob, di Mabes, Polda, Polres/Polresta, dan Polsek. Sejauh pimpinan petugas yang bersangkutan dapat dibuktikan melakukan pembiaran 'pelarian' dimaksud, khususnya karena suap, mereka juga harus dikenai sanksi. Sebagaimana terhadap Kompol Iwan dan kedelapan anak buahnya. Bila perlu sampai pemberhentian tidak dengan hormat," tutupnya.
